About The author

My husband and I own a yacht charter company on Lake Norman, NC, The Carolina Grace. I am the event coordinator for all of our weddings and corporate events. We also have a 501-(C)(3) Charters for Charity. I am a boy mom of 3, a part-time high school chorus teacher, an ICU nurse (not currently practicing), Ironman triathlete, marathon addict, yoga instructor, Executive director of our charity, and keto and paleo enthusiast.

The Grace Within was created to focus on self care, self reflection, and self love. I have spent this year focusing heavily on faith, health, fitness, and family and have so much that I want to share! As women, we care so much for other people and often neglect our own needs. I want to help others to care for themselves so they can better care for those they love!
